Preparing Your Machine for Servicing
To ensure a smooth and efficient service, please bring the following items with your machine:
For All Sewing Machines:
Foot control
Power cord
Machine set up with the standard presser foot
Buttonhole foot
Leave the machine threaded with the top thread and bobbin you normally use
For Embroidery Machines:
Foot control
Power cord
Embroidery foot
A piece of fabric with stabiliser
Leave the machine threaded with your usual embroidery thread
For Overlockers (Sergers):
Power cord
Foot control
Leave the machine threaded — this helps us return it to you ready to sew Please Dont bring your instruction manuael or anything not needed for a service

John also looks after several Gold Coast Schools ,with servicing once or twice a year. Plus call outs when you have a machine that needs a little attention. So that your class machine will all be ready to sew at their best for your students to create.
