Kids love to sew, My Sewing Club is a fantastic way to Nurture Their creative side, and learn a new skill they can enjoy their whole life.They will have fun creating in our fully equipped sewing studio, as they sew cool projects. Enjoy learning in a relaxed atmosphere, with an experienced teacher learning all the tips and tricks to make sewing fun and easy.

Looking for a fun and creative way to keep kids busy these school holidays?
Join our 2-day sewing workshop, where students will learn to use a sewing machine while creating their very own cuddly soft toy dragon to take home and love!
What they’ll learn:
How to thread a sewing machine correctly
Understanding machine settings and presser feet
How to sew safely and with confidence
Techniques for sewing straight and managing small curves
How to construct a soft toy step-by-step
Stuffing, adding eyes, and hand sewing to finish their dragon
Perfect for kids aged 9–16, even if they have never sewn before.

Full refund if cancelled two weeks before the start of the workshop.
If cancelled in the two weeks leading up to the workshop I will try and offer a catch-up if I can replace you in the workshop, so the more notice you give me the better.

Drop your sewing machine or Overlocker in for a service we usually have a one week turn, and have them sewing at their best for you.

Learn to Sew – Holiday Workshop for Kids 🧵🐉

- How to confidently use a sewing machine
- Controlling stitching and managing tight curves
- Threading the machine correctly
- How to avoid those frustrating thread jams
This workshop is perfect for kids aged 8–16, whether they’ve never sewn before or want to build their skills in a fun, supportive environment.

$210 includes fabric and notions
What’s included: Use of Sewing Machine, sewing tools, pattern, all fabric, and notions like thread and Fibber Fill, workshop with an experienced and knowledgeable teacher.
What do I need to bring: Just bring lunch and snacks, to keep the energy up as we will have a very busy day, please wear closed in shoes as we work with scissors and pins. You are welcome to bring your own machine as long as its in working order, we can service it before the workshop if needed, you will need to bring its accessories. If we have any issues and it can’t sew our project then I will switch it over to one of mine. Good Idea to bring a jacket as The room is airconditioned.
Cancellation Policy
What if I need to cancel: Full refund if cancelled two weeks before the start of the workshop if cancelled after that time, I will try and offer you another session as long as I am able to replace you, so the more time you give me the more likely I am able to reschedule for you.
